What you will do
- Define and prioritize product features for a seamless digital banking experience, balancing customer needs and business goals;
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive interfaces that simplify financial services;
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve user journeys and app functionality;
- Develop product roadmaps, ensuring secure and user-friendly banking experiences;
- Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on digital transformation objectives.
What you will need
- +5 year experience in product ownership, preferably in fintech or digital banking;
- Strong knowledge of customer experience principles and UI/UX design practices;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital banking trends;
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
