Job description
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and/or backend services.
Lead test strategy and planning, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Execute manual and exploratory testing when necessary to identify defects and edge cases not captured by automation.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality goals.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
Analyze test results, track defects, and communicate quality risks effectively.
Drive adoption of continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor junior QCs and share best practices on automation, test design, and quality mindset.
Research and recommend new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.
Job requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
Proven hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Proficiency with automation and testing tools (Postman).
Solid understanding of API testing and working with databases (SQL, MongoDB).
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
A passion for product quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
Having ISTQB certification is a plus
