We’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic Senior Sales Manager
to manage key hospital accounts for our oncology product line. This role is mission-critical in ensuring our life-saving cancer treatments reach the patients who need them most—by navigating complex hospital networks and building strong, trust-based relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement account strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth for oncology products.
- Be the go-to liaison between our company and hospital stakeholders (procurement, KOLs, medical departments).
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and tender cycles in the oncology segment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to align on go-to-market plans.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or Business (related healthcare field preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in hospital tenders or oncology.
- Prior experience handling hospital tendering processes for medical devices or diagnostic equipment is a strong plus.
- Strong network within hospital procurement departments and oncology units is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
