• Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery receipts, and general data entries.
• Assist in sales forecasting and data analysis.
• Maintain efficient filing and documentation systems.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to track daily operations, monitor inventory management, and ensure timely delivery arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support smooth daily operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the management as required.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year university program)
• Gender: Male or Female
• Age: 26 – 31
• At least 5 years of experience in import/export or order management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiar with SAP (or similar ERP) and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• High sense of responsibility, diligence, and integrity
