Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Drives subcon's performance KPI (Yield, Line disturbances, OEE, Stability)
- Major role in New Product Ramp-up team and manages Safe launches introduction
- Supports Technical Capability Assessments at subcontractors
- Keep track and monitor subcon's performance of major processes and equipment indices
- Manage/Coordinate Change Management at subcons, cost reduction projects, changes in material and process at subcontractors
- Provide technical support to Planning, QM and other support team on operational and customer issues Participate in IFX design/change reviews, and provide inputs on key learnings / improvements to incorporate on new products
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- At least 5 years of subcon management experience
- English, Chinese, Vietnamese language proficiency (both oral and written)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics) or equivalent
- Knowledge of Electronics, PCBA manufacturing operations, and IPC standards (PCBA DFM or DFT capability is preferred.)
- Experience in EMS Subcon PCBA Assembly or Test processes
- Failure Analysis Capability and good problem-solving skills Good communication skills and team-work, self motivated
