Empowered by social listening platforms, we build our strengths in: Analyzing brand presence and health against competitors by understanding industry-wide investment trends and social media strategies. Gaining precise insights into consumer needs, pain points, and content consumption habits within the category. Evaluating the effectiveness of communication channels with more in-depth metrics. This allows us to provide a precise approach strategy and real-time optimization throughout the entire campaign. As a result, our campaigns deliver both short-term results and long-term value for clients. We not only guarantee a healthy brand presence on social media but also build a strong community of social advocators—individuals who genuinely love the brand and are eager to share positive messages about the brand. To grow our team in order to expand our client base, currently, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A social strategic planner who: Has an interest in both numbers & words Enjoys conducting an approach strategy based on social listening data Works in a patient, meticulous, and precise way Possesses a strong spirit of teamwork while maintaining the ability to work independently and responsibly Prefers a respectful and nurturing workplace environment <3 WHAT WILL YOU DO AT YOUNET AM? Social Data Understanding - 30% Capable of reading & analyzing social listening data Collaborate with Social Insight team to analyze customer’s insight by using social listening tool Strategic Planning - 70% Based on deck research result & social listening data, identify industry context, brand situation, and consumer insights in order to develop effective communication strategies that address client objectives. Collaborate closely with Content teams and Account teams to complete proposals, ensuring alignment across approach strategy, content strategy, channel strategy, and a relevant KPI framework. Present proposals directly to clients and support the Account team in client meetings by providing consultation on suitable social strategies. Coordinate with relevant teams in tracking and reporting project performance. Report to: Strategic Planning Manager WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Minimum of 2 years working experience in the similar position of an Influencer/Advertising/Communication agency Be integrity, passionate and willing to learn Have strategic thinking, able to come up with planning ideas Presentation & debate skills Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, especially good spoken and written communication skills Maintain a high awareness of social issues, trends, consumer behaviours and preferences on Social media & E-commerce.
