Job Description
- Work on global projects in Sales domains
- Work on back-office projects (BPO - Business Process Outsourcing);
- Work with ERP systems like SAP to support BOSCH or external units
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for Sales detective control activity
- Monitor and review sales orders to ensure they meet compliance and risk assessment standards
- Track and analyze overdue sales opportunities; proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve delays
- Monitor and support the complete bill-to-cash cycle to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing and collections
- Validate sales quotes to ensure appropriate terms, pricing accuracy, and legal compliance before order conversion
- Investigate and validate cancelled invoices and complete invoices to ensure proper documentation and corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge in Sales area or other related Supply chain management activities
- Good English and German language skills. German skills should be B2 or above
- Good communication, structural thinking, and multitasking
- High teamwork spirit, good time management, and coordination skills
- Advance excel and other MS office applications.
- Exposure to SAP (ERP) is preferable
