Zstudio is a digital content platform powered by Zalo, where meaningful stories, knowledge, and inspiration are shared through video and podcast formats. We’re looking for a Social & Partnership Marketing Specialist to help us grow our creator network, expand distribution, and engage deeply with our audience.
What you will do
- Identify, connect, and build long-term relationships with content partners — including guests, experts, KOLs, creators, and podcast distributors (e.g. Spotify, Apple Podcast, and other audio/ video platforms);
- Work closely with brands and organizations for co-branded content or promotional tie-ins;
- Plan, execute and manage content calendars across social platforms (Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to promote podcast episodes and storytelling initiatives;
- Collaborate with the creative/content team to co-develop campaign concepts and social-first narratives;
- Shape Zstudio’s voice and brand image through authentic and inspiring storytelling on social media;
- Contribute content ideas and formats that reflect trends in short-form audio and social consumption behavior;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain partnership decks, media kits, and content toolkits.
What you will need
- At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, social marketing, or content marketing, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital content;
- Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively with internal teams, brands, and creators;
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and content planning skills;
- Preferred having strong connections with HCPs, content creators, business leaders, educators, or storytellers;
- Strong multitasking and time management skills; able to coordinate across departments and meet deadlines.
