Support Group Transformation & Accelerate the Growth Agenda
- Support Portfolio and Marketing activities
- Continue & Deliver the WMS localization journey
- Support the Quality Improvement for key WMS suppliers.
- Ensure effective Risk Management Exists
- Deliver a step change in Procurement controls and teams integrity
- Support compliance to Sanctions & ABAC
- SOBC / SoX Compliance
- Ensuring the “Deliver with Integrity” agenda to achieve a step change in controls & compliance
- Support Effectiveness WMS Contingency Plan
- Assist to conduct Supplier Performance Review for key suppliers.
- Support Direct Procurement Manager to gather data and information when necessary and required.
- Facilitate negotiations for local manage suppliers within scope to ensure business continuity supply.
- Maintain active suppliers information are valid in the system.
- Provide Spend Analysis in monthly basis.
- Validation of all the data requires related vendor registration in the system.
- Adhere to BAT ethos.
- Responsible for own development through team coaching, mentoring and feedback.
- Build effective relationship and network with other functions in locally/ regionally/ globally.
- Build effective relations and network with suppliers.
- Able to work independently and as a team also under pressure or heavy workload.
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software application.
- Diploma/ Degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field.
- Experience: at least 1 years in sourcing of Indirect Procurement
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skill and in English.
- Exemplifying a strong attention to detail, good data management, analytical & structural thinking skills
