MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Is a person who receives customers to a Spa and attends to their inquiries about services offered in the Spa
Welcoming and greeting guests warmly, and ensuring that they feel comfortable and happy on their visit
Provide guidance to guests on the procedures at the spa
Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to guests
Keep the reception area clean and conducive for guests as they wait for their turn to be attended too
Introduce new beauty products to guests and direct them on their uses and benefits
Keep guests updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the Spa
Process payments from guests for services ordered from the spa
Give appointments to guests on specific days
Assist in getting guests feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery
Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by guests, and also alert staff members of the arrival of guests who come without prior appointments

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Knowledge & Skills
- Able to communicate and making report in English clearly.
- MS Office
- Strong critical thinking, courteous, sense of security, and attentive to details.
- Graduated from College/University Hospitality, English Linguistics and Literature or related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.
