Track Inventory and re-order spare parts
Update data on re-ordered spare part codes
Count equipment with high frequency of damage and replacement
Support receiving and checking the quality and model of re-ordered spare parts
Monitor and make reports on spare parts which are brought out.
Support on confirmation of equivalent spare parts if the pre-ordered spare part is out of stock or discontinued. Team work (internally or with related departments)

Ensure proper implementation of procedures and regulations applied in re-ordering and bringing spare parts out to reduce machine downtime due to lack of spare parts
Be able to replace Spare Parts Warehouse Assistant in case of absence
Coordinate with purchasing department and engineers in reordering tasks.
Obtain good knowledge related to the techniques of spare parts: Mechanics and Electric.
Fully understand the company's machinery and products.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Archive documentation related to reordering processes.
Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors.

Graduated in engineering majors
At least 1 year of working experience in the field of materials management or new graduates are also welcome
Basic understanding on quality system, environment
Englishcommunicatin good
Able to manage, analyze and organize job
Able to plan, co-ordinate and control target
Good at reading, understanding technical document
Understanding operation principles of machines and equipment.
