Duration: 3 weeks, 21 Jul to 08 Aug 2025
I - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Summary:
- High frequency of interaction: Talent Acquisition, BHR, BI team
- Working location: Flemington, 182 Le Dai Hanh St., Dis 11
2. Core job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand data needs and insights
- Collect and clean recruitment data from various sources (Workday, excel files)
- Build reports to track hiring progress (e.g., vacancies, hiring status, time-to-hire)
- Assist in automating recurring reports and improving data workflows
- Present findings and recommendations to the TA team
II - MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Core Skill Requirement
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specially: Excel & PowerPoint
- Basic in PowerBI & Data Analytics
- Good at communication skill
- Good at English
2. Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:

III - MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- High School
