Primary Duties & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for production and documentation, method analysis/ improvements, machines layout and equipment acquisition, preparation of equipment justification and appropriation request development, statistical process control systems, providing analytical troubleshooting leadership, hands-on to involve process and production activity is must.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer to the one of the specialisations of Optics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in Production Management as Supervisor, Team Lead or equivalent positions at hi-tech manufacturing.
Skills
- Good at LEAN manufacturing and 4M1E skills
- People Management skills is a plus.
- Planning the production schedule
- Time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
- Performance Management (Yield, Productivity, Quality, cost…)
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
- English communication is compulsory, Chinese speaking is a plus.
