I. What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy and supporting our business growth in the competitive IT outsourcing market. This is not just a traditional recruiter position, you will be at the heart of both strategic presales recruitment and end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring we have the right people ready when opportunities arise.
1. Talent Acquisition Management (40%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles and non-IT roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and interview frameworks.
- Use advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, niche platforms) to build strong talent pipelines.
- Track market and recruitment trends to continuously optimize sourcing and selection methods.
2. Presales Support (30%)
- Lead the design and execution of TA strategies aligned with business growth, especially for presales and international projects.
- Build and maintain pre-qualified talent pools for quick deployment in client proposals.
- Provide market insights to presales teams on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment feasibility.
- Maintain a presales talent database categorized by skill set, availability, and prior proposal experience.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and identify required skills, certifications, and team compositions.
3. Team Management (20%)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a recruitment team (2–3 members), ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage recruitment budget planning, vendor coordination, and other administrative activities.
- Update and maintain recruitment-related policy documents to align with ISO requirements and internal audit standards.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Director to support overall department goals.
4. Employer Branding (10%)
- Partner with HR and Marketing to execute EB initiatives, including social media campaigns, career page updates, recruitment videos, and events.
- Represent the company at career fairs, tech meetups, and campus recruitment activities.
II. What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment for technology companies.
- At least 1+ year of xperience in leading and mentoring a recruitment team of 2–3 members.
- Proven track record in presales or project-based recruitment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and technical teams.
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Possess a wide professional network across LinkedIn, tech communities, and relevant industry groups.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for enhancing support efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in recruiting Sales or Business Development positions for foreign candidates.
- Understanding of the U.S. market, including recruitment trends and talent expectations.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to maintain high performance under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
