Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for specific areas of the e-commerce platform (e.g., checkout, search, catalog, personalization, order management, internationalization).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and market trends.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, clear, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with technical capabilities.
- Work with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, identify dependencies, and estimate development effort.
- Lead discussions on technical architecture and design considerations, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability for a global user base.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical teams, clarifying requirements, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Monitor product performance post-launch using key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on features.
- Manage communication and expectations with internal stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Possess a deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms, and trends (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, search algorithms, data analytics).
- Be able to dive into technical details, understand system architecture, and engage in meaningful discussions with engineers.
- Proactively identify technical debt and advocate for solutions that improve system health and scalability
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years in a technical product management role within an e-commerce or relevant technology company.
- Proven experience working in a global team environment, dealing with distributed teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to define and launch successful products that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Excellent technical understanding and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- Experience in the UI/UX or understanding of user-centric mindset
- Any additional certification or training in BA, PO, UX or related area (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, CBAP)
- Experience in a B2B or B2C e-commerce environment with high transaction volumes
