Technical Sourcing Specialist

Mô tả công việc:

• Lead mold sourcing initiatives, identifying and qualifying suppliers for high-quality molds and related components to support manufacturing processes.
• Review and interpret technical drawings to assess supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers, conducting audits, negotiations, and performance evaluations to optimize supply chain reliability.
• Negotiate favorable terms, including Incoterms/FOB, payment conditions, and delivery schedules to minimize risks and costs.
• Implement cost-down strategies through supplier collaborations, market analysis, and alternative sourcing options.
• Work closely with engineering, R&, and production teams to align procurement with project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor global market trends, mitigate supply risks, and handle claims for non-conforming products or services.
• Coordinate with operations to forecast demand and manage inventory levels for technical materials.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to international trade regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO, UL), and company policies.
• Mentor junior purchasers and oversee procurement projects to achieve departmental KPIs.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 5+ years in technical procurement, with hands-on experience in mold sourcing and dealing with overseas suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms/FOB and international trade practices.
• Expertise in ERP/SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English communication skill, MS Office.
