Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật & giải quyết vấn đề tại chỗ (30%)
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trực tiếp, đảm bảo quy trình & sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu.
- Phân tích, xử lý sự cố từ phản hồi của vận hành/giám sát.
- Đưa giải pháp cho các vấn đề kỹ thuật & chất lượng tại chỗ.
- Lưu trữ, phân tích sản phẩm lỗi và báo cáo hành động cải tiến.
2. SOP, đào tạo & kiểm tra (20%)
- Xây dựng, cập nhật SOP kỹ thuật chuẩn hóa sản xuất.
- Đào tạo vận hành về ghi chép, quy trình và kỹ năng.
- Kiểm tra, giám sát việc tuân thủ yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
- Báo cáo các vấn đề của vận hành cho giám sát sản xuất.
3. Giảm chi phí & tăng năng suất (15%)
- Cải tiến quy trình, năng lực sản xuất để giảm chi phí.
- Nâng cao năng suất sản phẩm phụ trách.
- Giải quyết vấn đề quy trình tại chỗ để tối ưu chi phí.
- Thiết kế đồ gá, dụng cụ mới tăng hiệu quả.
4. Phát triển công nghệ mới (15%)
- Hỗ trợ kỹ sư trong thử nghiệm & phát triển công nghệ/sản phẩm mới.
- Tham gia sản xuất thử nghiệm để nâng cao năng lực quy trình.
- Theo dõi, đánh giá kết quả thí nghiệm công nghệ.
5. Đạt mục tiêu (10%)
- Lập kế hoạch & tổ chức mục tiêu về năng suất, chất lượng.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các thông số kỹ thuật được giao.
6. Công việc khác (10%)
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của kỹ sư/ban quản lý.
Requirements:
Trình độ học vấn:
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng các ngành: Cơ điện tử, Cơ khí, Điện, Điện tử hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.
Kinh nghiệm:
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong quy trình sản xuất, xử lý sự cố vận hành máy, chuẩn đoán sự cố sản xuất.
- Hiểu biết rộng về quy trình vận hành, công cụ cải tiến & giải quyết vấn đề.
- Kinh nghiệm quy trình phủ quang học/lắng đọng màng mỏng (ưu tiên).
Kỹ năng:
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và diễn đạt tốt.
- Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office (Word, Excel) và công cụ phân tích dữ liệu.
- Kỹ năng thực hành tốt, tư duy logic rõ ràng.
- Thành thạo phần mềm thiết kế phủ màng mỏng (Tfcalc/Macleod) (ưu tiên)
