- Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing products.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to understand performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Train and motivate team members to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback, guidance, and training where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a telesales leadership role, preferably in service industries
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, techniques, and evaluation metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
