Job Description
As a member of the Vietnam test team, you will perform High-Voltage High-Power (HVHP) testing setup and operations on DC Power Supplies, Test equipment and other components. HVHP testing requires analysis and debug skills. Experience in this area is preferred to ensure that our products meet the test specifications and customer requirements. You will join the team in a critical role as HVHP Test Technician
- Test, diagnose, rework, and verify HVHP sub-component and final electronic products of moderate to high complexity as prescribed by drawings, electrical schematics, and/or procedures.
- Strong ability to Test and diagnose units with minimal direction.
- Record failure data and test issues in databases as required. Work with Test engineers to document product repair changes. Evaluate results and recommend corrective action when required.
- Recommend design, update, and efficiency improvements to test setup. Support the assembly and setup of test stations to use during unit testing.
- Prepare detailed reports and test procedures documenting the results, methods and equipment used in product evaluation.
- Strong communication skills with peers, across shifts, and with support organizations.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a test technician in a similar Electronics company.
- College Level or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology or Electrical/Electronics Engineering,
- Electronics test, troubleshooting, and repair experience
- Experience testing and diagnosing electronic products, power supplies and related products.
- Ability to work from electrical schematics, change notices, and use standard electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Military electronics experience is valued.
- Ability to make common mechanical connections associated with power supply testing
- Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) on both English and Vietnamese.
- Knowledgeable on Windows applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
