What You will Do:
- Manage performance campaigns (TikTok Ads Manager) — from budgeting and creative briefs to optimization and reporting
• Partner with creators, influencers, and UGC partners to scale engaging, high-converting content
• A/B test content hooks, CTAs, ad formats, and targeting — and kill what doesn’t work fast
• Work closely with our product, design, and e-commerce teams to align content and conversion
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and killer growth levers
• Own the TikTok revenue number and grow it like it’s your personal wallet
Preferred Background:
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles
- At least 1–2 years hands-on TikTok Ads experience (you must know the platform)
- Proven track record of driving revenue through short-form video (UGC, ads, influencers, etc
- Strong analytical mindset - you live in dashboards and dream in CTRs
- Exceptional creative instincts - you get TikTok culture and what goes viral
- Bonus: Experience working with DTC, e-commerce, or creator economy brands
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility
