Responsibilities
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in e-commerce focuses on driving sustainable growth by promoting ethical business practices, supporting communities, and reducing environmental impact through digital platforms. In this role, you will develop and implement CSR campaigns with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness - Implementing CSR campaigns in coordination with internal stakeholders - Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives - Assisting in the development, and management of social responsibility - Increasing public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing - Reiterating the company’s social responsibility policies through internal communication. - Fostering connections between the company and other organizations - Reporting on social responsibility activities to top management
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above - Have sense in Marketing - Have sellers/clients facing and communication experience is a big plus - Proficient in English Preferred Qualifications: - Have project management/PMO skills, especially in e-commerce industry. - Have knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage. - Have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience.
