Responsibilities
The Vietnam Semi project was launched to strengthen the platform’s supply chain capabilities, build a competitive supply-side advantage, and enhance the overall consumer experience. It aims to establish a TiktokShop Vietnam semi fulfillment by platform model, where the platform exerts strong control over the upstream supply chain to deliver rich products, competitive prices, and quality service to consumers. Responsibilities: - Develop semi-merchant strategies, including supply-side planning, self-sale enablement, merchant monetization investments and merchant onboarding/stratification mechanisms, aligned with business goals and merchant profiles. - Lead supply-side POC initiatives by designing clear and goal-oriented indicator systems, translating high-level objectives into actionable deliverables, aligning cross-functional and external stakeholders, and tracking merchant performance to ensure delivery of expected outcomes. - Identify growth opportunities from the merchant side by analyzing product and channel dynamics, converting insights into actionable, scalable strategies, and refining approaches through continuous iteration. - Conduct competitor analysis to uncover potential growth levers and formulate targeted operational strategies that empower the team to achieve sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience. - Experience in E-commerce category related operation, Tech, Consulting, or related industries, especially in international contexts. - Strong analytical skills with a high level of data sensitivity. Preferred qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in project management and teamwork; fluent in English as a working language. - Highly adaptable, resilient, and a fast learner with strong structured thinking and a results-driven mindset.
