MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
The purpose of the role of Trade Marketing Executive is to provide administrative supports for the Trade Marketing Manager and the team, in order to ensure the company’s trade business running smoothly.
The key to the success of the position is to ensure a smooth and timely flow of relevant information for internal teams. Furthermore, the position will be responsible for checking the reports as well as ensuring the accuracy of incentive payment for promotion scheme and loyalty program and get authorization for all proposal and related documents.
The Trade Marketing Executive is a key member of the operations teams supporting trade processes, data management, reporting and portfolio management functions. This person will work closely with other team members in trade or operation tasks. Additionally, this position will be in charge of initiating the dashboard and doing trade activities tracking; active outlet, sales performance, project or campaign tracking and follow up with sales team to ensure they achieve the target. The position will also have to manages operation supporting to provide sales team with smooth running of trade activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure 100% promotion program announcements/pricing/ products to sale team and other related departments (accounting, distribution...)
- Co-work with Distribution Team for setting up Distributor to reach PP channel at smooth operation. Follow the process for Distributor to ensure the program, stock level and execution of loyalty program for PP channel.
- Deploy merchandising program and material to sales team on time and full, tracking to ensure excellence execution.
- Work with purchase department and make sure purchasing requests are executed on time.
- Make sure 100% promotion material delivery are on time and in full.
- Monthly update trade dashboard tracking for Trade & Sales team, MKT Team
- Deploy promotion/ loyalty programs and tracking KPIs for the execution of trade marketing activities.
- Set up monthly KPIs for: AOs, relaunch product and update the progress of program/ SKU performance, Sales growth by tracking took or dashboard.
- Management Channels Day On Hand & Forecast Sales Trend next 3-6 Months
- Price control across channels
- Develop Promotion program to improve Gross To Net
- Represent Trade Team to join regional project : Trade Arise, SmartRep
- Develop tracking tool to monthly assess trade promotion program, Trade Sales Performance & Commercial Excellent activities. And do evaluation to check the effectiveness of promotion monthly.
- Review target for Loyalty program to ensure they comply with the objective of program. Tracking monthly and calculate the incentive of loyalty program.
- Check 100% signed program's contracts and ensure the accuracy of payment. Build process of receiving/moving contract between DKSH and EPD and sales team. Screen all incentive of loyalty program before getting approval from BOD
- Monthly check for near expiry date stock/ promotion materials/ loyalty update or program update.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
