Zstudio is a digital content platform powered by Zalo, where meaningful stories, knowledge, and inspiration are shared through video and podcast formats. We’re expanding our production capabilities and looking for an experienced Producer to lead the execution of flagship shows, branded series, and original formats - both for Zstudio and our clients.
What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end production of video and podcast content — including planning, coordination, execution, post-production, and final delivery;
- Lead the production of Zstudio’s key formats (flagship shows, exclusive interviews, branded series, podcasts…) and support content needs from clients;
- Manage pre-production tasks: define production timelines, prepare call sheets, plan logistics, scout/coordinate locations, and source crews or talent;
- Coordinate across creative, editorial and technical teams (DOP, editors, stylists, art, lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth execution;
- Supervise on-set production to maintain quality, brand standards, and scheduling alignment;
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, sound, graphics, and feedback implementation;
- Monitor and control production costs, schedules, and resource allocation;
- Support in hiring freelancers or managing external production vendors when needed.
What you will need
- At least 3 years of experience in video/podcast production or content operations - ideally in media, digital content, or branded entertainment;
- Proven ability to manage production timelines, crew coordination, and on-set execution;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with hands-on experience managing call sheets, shooting schedules, and creative assets;
- Good visual taste and understanding of production aesthetics (composition, lighting, brand tone);
- Comfortable working with fast-paced, multi-project environments and cross-functional teams;
- Passion for impactful content and the ability to bring ideas to life through production excellence.
