JOB SUMMARY/NHIỆM VỤ CHUNG
- The Waiter/ Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the hotel’s restaurant. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The server must be friendly, professional, and efficient in delivering an outstanding dining experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES/TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, and escort them to their table.
- Take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring that all special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and passed to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring they are presented correctly and in an attractive manner.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service, and address any concerns or requests.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and silverware in a timely and efficient manner, and reset tables for new guests.
- Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces between guests.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, including specials and ingredients, and offer recommendations to guests.
- Accurately process payments, including handling cash and credit card transactions, and provide guests with their receipts.
- Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Educational Qualifications/ Trình độ học vấn
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
2. Work Experience/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc
- Previous experience as a server or receptionist, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
3. Skills/ Kĩ năng
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others.
