Warehouse Supervisor

Mô tả công việc:

Daily:

Supervise and monitor all warehouse operations to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

• Prepare and submit daily reports to management and clients
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating to the Warehouse Manager when necessary.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and overall warehouse performance.
• Manage and approve daily overtime hours in compliance with company policy and Vietnamese labor law
• Track and report daily inbound/outbound activities and manpower usage.

Ensure the warehouse adheres to 5S principles, safety, and security regulations.

Weekly:

• Provide weekly reports on warehouse status and manpower
• Review inbound/outbound and manpower plans to ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor manpower booking plans to maintain target productivity levels
• Automation performance monitoring and report.

Monthly:

• Inventory, GI, GR Report
• Process and approve extra-cost cases and claims.
• Oversee the regular training plan for warehouse staff to improve skills and reduce errors
• Lead the preparation and presentation of KPI reports
• Monitor and control operating costs, including manpower, materials, and equipment

Yêu cầu công việc:

Graduated from University

• At least 6-year experience in logistics warehouse operation, including 3 years in warehouse management, distribution warehouse is preferred.
• Able to work independently and able to multi-task
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.)
• English skill need (Reading & Writing)
• Be familiar with WMS & ERP
• Good communication, People management skill
• Problem-solving & decision making.
