Responsibility
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide valuable assistance to the Japanese Account Manager
- Contact Vietnamese and Japanese customers via telephone or email to confirm requirements, send quotations, and provide relevant documents or information.
- After getting requirements from customers, coordinate the Sales Support team to make quotations.
- After getting the customer’s PO, coordinate with the procurement team to proceed with the orders.
- Try to build and keep good relations with customers, the Account Manager, and the relevant sections.
- Translate documents
- Visit the customer site.
- Liaise with the Vendor to site survey, collect information & negotiate the price
- Organize and monitor schedules to meet the deadline
- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside (customers, Vendors, ISP) efficiently
- Report updates verbally and in writing to the Manager and the team in charge
- Process document: contract with Vendor and re-contract to the customer, prepare the document for closing case & issue invoice
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs continuously
- Support customers after sales (billing, invoice, trouble report…)
- Sometimes visit the Vendor for the registration service as a customer representative
- Another task upon the Manager’s request
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (From JLPT N2) and English - Business Level
・Experience & Skills:
- Open for fresher candidates or under 1 year of experience. Having experience as a Sales Assistant is highly preferred
- Coordination and organization skills.
- Office computer skills.
