(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)The Accountant is responsible for managing the financial, accounting, and compliance activities of the Representative Office in the pharmaceutical sector. This includes handling expense accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and preparing financial reports for submission to headquarters. The role also ensures adherence to local laws, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and company internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Record, monitor, and reconcile expenses related to marketing, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports for submission to HO.
- Manage cash advances, expense claims, and reimbursements for staff activities.
- Handle payments, bank transactions, and petty cash management.
Compliance & Tax
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
- Prepare and file statutory tax declarations (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT if applicable).
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and government agencies as required.
- Support annual audits and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.
Payroll & HR Support
- Manage payroll, personal income tax, and social insurance for local staff.
- Ensure proper documentation for employee-related expenses and benefits.
Liaison & Coordination
- Collaborate with HO Finance team on budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
- Support Chief Representative in financial and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with external vendors (accounting service providers, payroll agencies, auditors).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in foreign-invested companies or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax compliance, and labor regulations.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., promotion expense compliance) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication skills in both [local language] and English.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
