Responsibilities:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
- Make payment orders on Cash anh Bank Online, work with local banks to settle all issues related to bank accounts of Company
- Assist in month end closing
- Make monthly VAT report
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assist in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory
- Monitor inventory transactions
- Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger
- With consignment model, inventory accountant must manage all transaction related to stocks
- Physical stock takes quarterly and suddenly if needed
- Together with warehouse keeper solving all variance & provide evident to Finance Manager in case stock loss happened
- Support other accounting project, as necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in English
- Experience working with systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Proactive and good communication skills; experience is an advantage
