Responsibilities:
- Create and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
- Generate and manage Acceptance Minutes in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Obtain necessary signatures and approvals from relevant parties.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of data records on Starflow.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
