Tasks
- Manage Vice President s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and organize internal and external appointments.
- Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deliverables under the Vice President s responsibility.
- Draft correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and reports as required.
- Assist in compiling data, conducting basic analysis, and preparing business or management reports.
- Act as a liaison for the Vice President with internal departments.
- Support interactions with partners and stakeholders both locally and internationally, including scheduling, preparing documentation, and basic interpretation (if needed).
- Assist in organizing internal and external events related to product services.
- Organize and maintain important documents, records, and files in a systematic and confidential manner.
- Support in preparing presentations (PowerPoint, Excel) for strategic meetings or business reporting
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as delegated by the Vice President to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Economics, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, secretary, or assistant role supporting senior executives, preferably in a multinational environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online work platforms such as Teams.
- English: Good written and verbal communication skills; capable of handling professional documents and email communication.
