Job Description:
- Manage the entire payment process for Affiliate Program partners, ensuring payments are timely, accurate, and complete, with no outstanding liabilities.
- Organize and monitor quality control (QC) activities for payment verification, including managing productivity and supervising BPO resources involved in QC tasks.
- BPO Management:
- Coordinate with vendors to secure monthly BPO headcount.
- Adjust headcount allocation according to operational requirements.
- Perform monthly reconciliation and acceptance of deliverables.
- Track KPIs and productivity to ensure service quality and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage various support tasks as required, including:
- Developing and maintaining program rules and Terms & Conditions.
- Receiving and resolving partner complaints related to payments or entitlements within the Affiliate Program.
- Managing the setup of commission for campaign programs.
- Supporting the enhancement and testing of Affiliate Program features and operational tools.
- Coordinating and managing the setup of partner communication materials (emails, announcements, guidelines)..
- Other tasks as assigned by the employer from time to time.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in BPO management, contract, payment management
- Data-driven and demonstrated analytical mindset
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in e-commerce or tech companies is a plus
