Navigos Search's Client is looking for a technically driven and customer-focused Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be a key technical interface between our solutions and our clients, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role involves deep engagement in solution development, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams. • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations, benchmarking, and technical workshops for clients and internal teams
- Design and implement application setups tailored to specific use cases or industry requirements
- Produce technical documentation, such as application briefs and user guidance materials
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for application innovation
- Deliver prompt technical support through both on-site visits and remote channels
- Assist sales and marketing teams with product positioning, events, and technical content
- Support internal teams with product knowledge, testing scenarios, and solution customization
- Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve technical expertise
- Collaborate with regional sales and technical teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to the development of advanced test strategies and measurement methodologies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio and their applications across industries
- Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies relevant to your application area
- Take on additional technical tasks or initiatives as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Solid understanding of RF principles and general electronics
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with T&M equipment or wireless communication systems is a strong plus
- Strong ability to write clear, concise technical documents and reports
- Confident in delivering presentations and leading technical discussions
- Familiarity with test and measurement instruments and their practical applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to take initiative
- Detail-oriented and dependable with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a regional team environment
