Assistant - Finance & Accounting

Here is what you need to know about the job:

• Full set of accounts encompassing responsibilities in AR, AP, and GL
• Manage daily payments closely with the shared services center (AP)
• Manage account receivables and cashflow
• Provide monthly reports and analyses on a timely basis to support management decisions and satisfy corporate requirements
• Manage full accounting functions to support daily business operations and ensure accurate financial results in management and statutory accounts  
• Support budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with country BU management and provide analyses for presentation to corporate management
• Monitor working capital, cashflow, banking facilities and credit control process to ensure business risks within corporate policy
• Timely preparation, review, and submission of taxation reports such as VAT, withholding tax filings, tax return information packages.
• Liaison with external auditors
• Supporting Business Development / Operation team in terms of financial information which required 
• Review and improve internal control procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
