• Main coordinator to support line manager to execute sales contest & campaigns and other initiatives to drive new production, maintain & improve K2 by working with Sales & non sales functions/departments: Sales team, Banca Support team, Actuarial team, IT, Operations team, Legal, Risk & Compliance.THE JOB:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Be responsible for planning sales contests and campaigns (which includes planning, designing, launching, budget management and post launch review), to drive new sales and K2 improvement to meet business’s target.
- Provide business performance analysis for the management team on the assigned projects.
- Coordinate with Account head/bank partners to plan, propose and align contest, and campaign design or other initiatives to drive new production & K2 improvement.
- Prepare contest & campaign proposal to get Senior level (C levels)’s approval before executing.
- Coordinate with Account Head/Bank partner/Other supporting functions to execute all approved contest & campaigns with timely manner (which includes and not limited to prepare, launch memo, EDM, tracking and other tools of contest & campaign communication).
- Evaluate effectiveness of launched contests & campaigns and recommend solutions to improve or enhance effectiveness of next contest & campaigns.
- Monitor contests’ results regularly and support sale team to answer all questions related to contest’s rules.
- Frequently contact partners and sales team to get information of competitors’ campaigns and contests and propose counter-attack activities.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports related to contests as requested by management
- Provide on the job training and coaching to team members
- Monitor and manage budget to ensure expense within approved limit.
- Other tasks assigned by Line managers & companies.
THE PERSON:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Economics, Auditing, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in distribution or insurance operations.
- Qualification / Certificate in Life insurance is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced in MS Excel, Word, Power point, SQL.
- Good data analytics or and data story telling. Hard working, teamwork and be highly responsible
- Strong communication skills to communicate complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner to a wide range of audience and can work under pressure
