Bancassurance Strategy is critical role for formulating business growth of FWD Banca through strategic planning and execution with partners.www.fwd.com.vn
This role will cover on the following strategic areas: Bancassurance Strategy, Customer Segment Strategy, Product & Proposition Strategy and Quality
THE JOB:
Market intelligence
- In charge of the market intel (bank’s production, persistency, products, etc) on monthly/weekly basis
- Keep track of the market movement and changes in law/regulations
- Analyse the market for timely strategic initiatives deployment.
- Build the relationship in insurance and banking sectors for strategic development and intel.
Management reporting
- In charge of Quarterly dialog, MSPD report, EXCO deep dive, etc
- Represent Banca VN to work with group office for strategic and management information.
Develop and in-charge of annual planning for entire channel.
Business analysis and initiative development.
- Represent FWD Banca to jointly develop strategy and get buy-in from bank partners.
- Analyse the business for areas of improvement.
- Monitor key strategic metrics of the channel and provide actions for improvement or address the urgent issues.
In charge of Strategic materials and workshops (all banks) for the channel and bank partners
In charge of Steering Committee meeting (senior management meeting) with bank partners on quarterly basis (all banks)
Support Line Manager for tasks related to new business opportunities (pitching materials, financial projection, etc) and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
THE PERSON:
- Former experience in Distribution/Corporate Strategy
- Former experience in Product & Customer Strategy
- Former experience in M&A/deal in Banca is an advantage
- University graduate in business, banking and finance
- Financial and Product knowledge of Banca is preferred
- At least 5 years in bancassurance, banking and finance
- Have a capability/experience of project management
- Knowledge of banking, insurance, bancassurance, bank’s culture
- Knowledge of insurance products and distribution
- Business acumen / Financials acumen
- Strong written, verbal, communication, negotiation, presentation skill
- Creativity and sale driven mindset.
- Strong quantitative skills
