This position will be responsible of developing and managing DOB/BSM/FSC team in the assigned region to ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets and other related metrics. The position will develop and maintain reciprocal relationship with the bank partner’s BOTOs/regional level in the assigned areas.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Be responsible of managing efficiently business performance in the assigned region
- By learning the best practices, lead the daily activities for internal sales force in order to maximize team productivity within assigned financial budget
- Be responsible of monitor and track implementation progress and results of sales campaigns and activities sponsored by the company and related eligible contest, compensation to ensure the whole team achieve the best performance
- Be responsible of managing sales planning and assigned budget to ensure potential business opportunities and achievable results
- Be responsible of recruiting and developing team members following the company core values
- Support the department head in other tasks as assigned

- Timely and quality delivery or completion of delegated tasks
- Quick response time to all services needed or requested
- Accurate data and timely analysis are required
- Professionalism and integrity in all aspects.
- Above average performance rating as per evaluation by superior.
EXTERNAL & INTERNAL CONTACTS
- External: bank partners or any affiliates partners of banca channel
- Internal: internal departments and sales leaders
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- University Degree, Master degree will be a plus, majored in Finance, Banking or Business Management
- Minimum 7 years of experience with MNC, preferably in banking and insurance industries with similar scope of works or financial related
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access , Power Point
- Strong analytical capability
