This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.
Main duties:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing meetings and events for the executive board.
- Assist in following up on various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, take meeting minutes, and other materials for executive meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all tasks and projects are completed within the designated timeframes.
- Demonstrate reliability and responsibility in all aspects of the role, consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges and environments.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications Studies, or related fields.
- Minimum of 02 years of experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience in project management tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, has a can-do attitude.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and presentations for the management team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and logistics.
