Job Summary:
The Social Commerce Executive will support the Social Commerce Manager in driving Abbott Nutrition’s social commerce growth across both centralized brand fanpages (Adult & Pediatric) and decentralized retailer pages (CLPs). This role includes managing digital media, campaign, and customer journeys on Facebook, TikTok Shop, and Zalo CRM. You’ll also coordinate with internal teams and retail partners to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization across platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Social Commerce (Tiktok, Facebook, Zalo) & Retailer Support
- Assist in marketing execution (ads, posts, livestreams) for Abbott Nutrition’s centralized brand pages
- Collaborate with retail partners to support their fanpage growth and customer service tools
2. CRM & Customer Retention
- Support execution of customer journeys and nurturing flows via Zalo or CRM platforms
- Monitor and report retention KPIs to optimize lifetime value (LTV) and repeat engagement
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, GMV, and ROAS
- Provide performance insights to Ecommerce Manager for data-driven decision-making
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align ecommerce plans with inventory and business forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field
- 2–4 years in ecommerce, social commerce, or digital marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, TikTok Shop, and CRM tools (e.g., Zalo)
- Strong execution and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with performance marketing and retention metrics (GMV, ROAS, LTV)
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience working with retail partners or external vendors is a plus
- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics dashboards, and CRM platforms
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, collaborative, agile in a fast-paced environment
