Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: 15 - 22 triệu VNĐ)

1.Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online stores across various e-commerce platforms

2.Manage and update content, images, pricing, and descriptions for product groups and associated warehouses

3.Propose strategic programs and sales initiatives, and lead the execution of business operations across e-commerce platforms

4.Configure and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok to effectively drive traffic to e-commerce channels

5.Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute online promotional campaigns.

6.Sales Performance Tracking and data analysis like extracting sales reports from Ecommerce platforms, identifying trends and top-selling products, generating reports to identify insights and inform strategic decisions.

7.Customer support like handling returns/exchanges, responding to customer enquiries ETC

8.Other marketing tasks as instructed by Marketing manager or Assistant General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, product category management, or similar roles.
3. Familiar with operations on E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Sendo, and Tiki.
4. Proactive, quick learner, good communication skills, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
