Discover the Role

This position will support admin and on-site work in Vietnam while HR Manager will do higher level support (working with MD and HoDs in important processes and decisions).



Key Responsibilities

On-site Support:

  • Welcome and onboard new employees
  • Organize and support company events (e.g., Town Hall meetings, Year-End Party)
  • Sign off termination letter/working confirmation,...
  • Address employees’ daily concerns

General HR Support:

  • Prepare payroll-related data, including rewards, salary adjustment if any and reviewing reports from the HR RDC
  • Review labor contracts and annexes (if any) before sending them out for signing
  • Collaborate with the HR RDC team to ensure accurate and timely updates in the Sage system
  • Remind and follow up with managers and employees on ongoing HR processes, such as:
    • Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly rewards
    • Mandatory training course completion
    • Engagement Survey
    • Performance Review
    • Pay Review
    • Goal settings
  • Collaborate with the HR RDC team to ensure accurate and timely updates in the Sage system for new joiner, mover, leaver process.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR roles such as HR assistant, HR & Admin, or HR generalist.
  • Familiarity with internal HR processes.
  • General understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
