(Mức lương: Đến 13 triệu VNĐ)We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand & Product Marketing Executive to manage brand and product portfolio — from market research and product onboarding to content execution and asset coordination. You will act as a key liaison between product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our coffee equipment brands are effectively positioned, promoted, and managed across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Strategy
- Act as the contact point for assigned brands, supporting alignment on marketing plans, assets, and communication.
- Manage the brand portfolio, including new product analysis, launch planning, and product phase-in/phase-out coordination.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitive analysis, pricing benchmarks, and consumer research to support brand and product decisions.
- Research B2B customer registry data to support sales
Product Administration & Coordination
- Oversee CRM updates for product listings, pricing, documentation, and related data.
- Track product stock levels in coordination with sales and warehouse teams to support planning and execution.
- Manage sales performance reports and discount schemes, promotions, clearance and margin tracking.
- Work with Sales Admin to maintain up-to-date dealer databases and support dealer management tasks including pricing updates, order follow-up, and promotion tracking.
Content, Communication & Digital Management
- Coordinate and develop product-related materials including brochures, technical sheets, brand decks, and product videos.
- Manage product content updates on the company website to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the digital team to support social media storytelling and product-focused campaigns.
Event & Brand Activation Support
- Lead the preparation and execution of events, workshops, and trade shows involving product showcases or demos.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to execute impactful brand moments.
Marketing Asset Management
- Monitor and manage all marketing machines across showroom displays, training rooms, dealers, and warehouse stock.
- Manage the ERP systems

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, Marketing or related fields.
- Basic understanding of technical aspects of products and willingness to learn about coffee machines.
- Good communication in English
- 1-2 years’ experience in Product Management or similar role
- Experience in trading company
- Passion for coffee and coffee industry is a plus
