As a Business Development specializing in Corporate Employee Benefits insurance (Accident and Healthcare insurance) you will drive sales of B2B solutions to corporate clients. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing consultative selling by understanding client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for group Accident and Healthcare insurance products./ Thúc đẩy và đạt được các chỉ tiêu doanh số hàng tháng và hàng quý đối với sản phẩm bảo hiểm tai nạn và chăm sóc sức khỏe theo nhóm.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the B2B client portfolio./ Xác định và theo đuổi các cơ hội kinh doanh mới nhằm mở rộng danh mục khách hàng doanh nghiệp (B2B).
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers (HR, finance, directors) in target organizations./ Xây dựng mối quan hệ chiến lược với các cấp ra quyết định chủ chốt (như bộ phận nhân sự, tài chính, giám đốc) trong các tổ chức mục tiêu.
- Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions./ Thực hiện tư vấn bán hàng bằng cách thấu hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng và đưa ra các giải pháp bảo hiểm phù hợp.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations./ Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ lâu dài với các cấp ra quyết định chủ chốt trong tổ chức khách hàng.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and excellent service delivery./ Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ để đảm bảo quá trình triển khai suôn sẻ và cung cấp dịch vụ xuất sắc
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B insurance, especially group Accident and Healthcare insurance./ Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm B2B, đặc biệt là bảo hiểm tai nạn và chăm sóc sức khỏe theo nhóm.
- Minimum education: diploma or bachelor degree./ Trình độ học vấn tối thiểu: Cao đẳng hoặc Cử nhân.
- Intermediate English skill./ Trình độ tiếng Anh: Trung cấp.
- Results-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets./ Có định hướng kết quả, với khả năng đã được chứng minh trong việc đạt và vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills./ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục xuất.
