Job Description
Ensure that all personal files and records are kept in confidential and safe manner and up-to-date.
Checking Timesheet and allowance on Timesheet system, implement payroll, reconciliation payroll for employees and full process of payroll in the responsible scope of work
Input special leaves in payroll system on time as company policy.
Implement labor contracts, appendixes, agreement, promotion, of paper and email.
Implement final payment of resigned staffs timely Arrange visa, resident permit, work permit for expatriate and for SGS employee.
Report about increasing and reducing monthly/Quarterly/Yearly report ( HC, Social Insurance, Solaris, TOD_TOE)
Tax code registration and dependent declaration.
Implement monthly PIT report
Qualifications
College or University graduated
At least 2 years C&B experience or HR GeneralAble to work independently, as well as in team and to coordinate several activities simultaneouslyMicrosoft office skills, excel Good Comunication skill
