(Mức lương: 10 - 13 triệu VNĐ)Main duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing scheduling, check-in, payment, and administrative support for Chiropractic and Wellness services.
1. Patient Reception & Support
- Greet patients warmly, creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling and guide patients through Chiropractic and Wellness services
- Handle inquiries and provide clear, courteous responses to ensure high patient satisfaction
2. Patient Process Coordination
- Accurately update and maintain patient personal, medical, and financial records
- Coordinate the patient flow between consultation rooms, therapy areas, and reception
- Support chiropractors, therapists, and nurses as needed, including translating documents or instructions (English–Vietnamese)
3. Billing & Insurance Support
- Process payments (cash, card) and assist with direct and indirect insurance claims
- Issue daily invoices and help manage cash handling procedures
- Guide patients through insurance documentation and requirements
4. Administrative & Event Support
- Maintain accurate data entry in the clinic management system
- Assist in organizing promotional events, wellness workshops, and internal meetings
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks assigned by supervisors
This position will report to line Manager.
