Leadership

• Manage and lead the on-site operational team across all departments.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with HAUS standards.
• Promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, and discretion.
• Conduct regular briefings, team reviews, and performance evaluations.

Operations

• Oversee daily club operations, including F&B, reservations, guest services, and facilities.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional member experiences at all times.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Implement standard operating procedures and quality control systems.

Finance and Reporting

• Manage the club's P&L and monitor performance against targets.
• Work with finance to create and maintain budgets.
• Approve purchasing, monitor inventory and control costs.

Member Experience

• Build strong relationships with members and manage feedback.
• Collaborate with Events and Membership teams to support cultural programming.
• Represent HAUS at events and high-profile occasions.

Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with head office departments and senior leadership.
• Support the onboarding of new initiatives and systems.
• Liaise with facilities, marketing, and people & culture teams to ensure alignment.

• 5+ years’ experience in club or hospitality management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong operational background with a focus on quality and detail.
• Proven budget and financial management experience.
• Member-focused, service-driven mindset.
• Experience in private members’ clubs or luxury environments preferred.
