• Lead negotiations with hotels & resorts in Nha Trang
• Secure allotments, commitments, and hard block agreements
• Manage the Contract Specialist team and oversee execution
• Provide market intelligence and ensure contractual compliance

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Vietnamese nationals only
• Minimum 5 years full-time experience in 5-star hotels (at ADOS / DOS / DOSM level) or in similar roles at a travel agency or tour operator
• Strong leadership and contract strategy background
• Proven wide hotel network and strong industry connections in Nha Trang
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese (Russian is a plus)
