Position in the organization:
- The position locally reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing APAC
Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- The Corporate Chef key responsibility is to promote, demonstrate, show the company products to customers, to support the sales & marketing team with ideas and creations, and to develop and prepare recipes using the company products.
- In particular he/she will be responsible for:
- - Training of customers (internally at the company’s sites or externally at customers’
- - Defining the demos programs in alignment with HOS based on local priorities.
- - Participating in and demonstrating at fairs & exhibitions
- - Creating and preparing recipes using any kind of group product without any limitation, in accordance with the guidelines and programs received.
- - Scanning and collecting ideas-suggestions for improving the company’s current products based on a competitive scenario and proposing any improvement that may be required to satisfy local customers
- - Proposing innovative ideas to increase business opportunities.
- - Defining the best usage of any group products in the Asia Pacific market via demos and / or product recipes & preparation
- - Creating cakes / pastries / desserts for photo shoots. These photos are used for various marketing purposes
- - Supervising and promoting events (for example: jam-sessions) with the chefs that collaborate with IRCA Group and with customers, based on HOS input.
Powers:
- Is responsible for carrying out its task and making necessary arrangements in consultation with the Responsible.
Work hours:
- Weekly, if necessary, weekends.
Necessary knowledge:
- Possess a training degree of Pastry Chef
- Speak/write English and one other foreign language
- Have general computer knowledge
- Communication skills, creative, innovative.

- Knowledge of chocolate and pastry trends
