1. PURPOSE
Lead and manage the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, internal and external communications, and office management.
2. WORK RELATIONSHIP
Internal: HO/ARO/ BoM, colleagues in CMA CGM Vietnam Cluster.
External:
Media agencies, press, and other communication partners.
Business associations and international organizations.
Vendors/Suppliers; Customers; Relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs aligned with the Group and Company’s sustainability goals.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute impactful CSR initiatives.
Monitor, evaluate, and report the impact of CSR activities.
Build partnerships with NGOs, local communities, and government organizations to drive social impact projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant CSR regulations and standards
Communications
Work with HO/ARO for drafting and handling official correspondence, acknowledgements, and press releases directed to external stakeholders, partners, NGOs on behalf of General Director.
Ensure all communications maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and align with the organization’s strategic objectives and corporate identity.
Design and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance brand image and reputation.
Manage internal and external communication, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate presentations.
Act as the spokesperson for the Company when necessary.
Build relationships with media, stakeholders, and partners to ensure positive brand visibility.
Coordinate crisis communication plans to safeguard the Company’s reputation.
Office Management
Manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Oversee Office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Lead and coordinate office events, Company/Employee Engagement Activities (such as Company trip, Year-End party, team building, sport clubs…), meetings, and workshops.
Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Company standards.
Provide guides/support expats on visa and resident card applications
Act as a point of contact for facility management and resolve operational issues promptly.
4. QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position in the MNCs
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Excellent proactive approach and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated, able to work independently with multi-tasking ability.
Strong financial, budgetary and negotiating skills
Ability to develop strong professional relationships with different levels of staff
General knowledge of building and technical maintenance
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications
