What you will do
- Responsible for consulting and answering questions about the application and product across multiple channels (Call, Chat, Email);
- Receive, respond and handle user complaints;
- Monitor, control, and coordinate with related departments to promptly handle arising incidents;
- Summarize and make weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports.
What you will need
- Just graduated from intermediate/ college/ university (IT is an advantage);
- Experience in online consulting/ customer care;
- Knowledge and use of Social Networking applications;
- Proficient in the use of Office applications;
- Good communication, agile, hard working, eager to learn;
- Sociable and patient in work;
- Able to work on weekends.
